Please note that for reservations made online after 3:00 p.m., pick-up service will not be available for tours departing from Naha, and participants must gather at the meeting point on their own. Even if you select the pick-up option, you will need to meet on your own. Please also note that even for reservations made before 3:00 p.m., pick-up service may be fully booked.
※Minimum number of participants: 10 for Naha departures, 15 for Chatan departures. If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be canceled. Decisions may be made the day before, so please understand in advance.

＜Regarding Whale Tour Pick-Up Service (Naha Departures Only)＞
A free pick-up service is available exclusively for tours departing from Naha. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so if fully booked, pick-up may not be available.
If your tour includes a rental car, it is recommended to go directly to the port.
On Sundays, as Kokusai Street becomes a pedestrian zone, pick-up may be arranged at an alternative location.
＜For Guests Arriving by Rental Car＞
●Naha Departures●
When arriving by rental car, please set your car navigation system to “Naha Beachside Hotel.”
After reaching the Naha Beachside Hotel, continue straight along the road and you will arrive at the Miegusuku Port entrance.
Enter the parking gate and proceed to the white triangular-roofed waiting area located at the far right.
※Parking fee: ¥500 per vehicle.
Chatan departure:
・About Reservations・
‐Online reservations are available until 23:00 on the day before the tour.
‐For online reservations made after 15:00 on the day before the tour (Naha departures), the pick-up service will not be available and you will need to come directly to the meeting point yourself. This applies even if you selected the pick-up option when booking.
‐Even for reservations made before 15:00, the pick-up service may be fully booked. Thank you for your understanding.
・Minimum Number of Participants
‐Chatan Departure: minimum 15 participants
‐If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled. In some cases, the decision may be made the day before. Thank you for your understanding.
・About the Vessel
‐The vessel may be changed without prior notice.

＜Whale Watching Tour Important Notes＞

Whales are wild animals, so there may be occasions when they cannot be spotted. Please understand this in advance.
However, if no whales are sighted during the period February 1 – March 15, 2026, one of the following options will be provided:

・For refunds, bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
※The above offer does not apply to tours between December 20, 2025 – January 31, 2026 and March 16 – April 5, 2026.
However, The offer will not apply if any of the following conditions are met:
●A distant blow (spout) was observed
●at least 2 participant were able to spot whales

・The tour schedule may vary depending on whale sighting conditions.
・When whales are spotted, observation is expected to last approximately one hour.
However, depending on sea conditions, whale activity, and the situation of all participants, the tour may return to port earlier. Please understand in advance.
・During winter, when whales arrive, Okinawa’s seas tend to be rougher than in summer. For infants, toddlers, and elderly passengers, boarding may be refused depending on sea conditions. Please understand in advance.
・Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate due to the potential impact of engine vibrations on safety. Thank you for your understanding.
・Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions.
・In the event of tour cancellation due to bad weather or other conditions, we will contact you. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer; however, bank transfer fees for weather-related cancellations will be borne by the customer.
・Please prepare your own warm and waterproof clothing.
・If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication.
・For safety, life jackets must be worn; please understand this in advance.
・When making a reservation, please be sure to read the travel terms and conditions.
