The maximum amount the renter is liable for in the event of any accident.
Light Cars: 400,000 JPY
5-seater & 7-seater Cars: 500,000 JPY
Luxury & Imported Cars: 1,000,000 JPY

Safety Package(Maximum Liability: 150,000 ~ 500,000 JPY)

The maximum amount the renter is liable for in the event of any accident.

Light Cars: 1,650 JPY / day

If an accident occurs:

-At-fault party is the other driver: 0 JPY (No liability)

-Single-vehicle accident / Hit-and-run / Shared liability: Max 150,000 JPY

5-seater & 7-seater Cars: 2,250 JPY / day

If an accident occurs:

-At-fault party is the other driver: 0 JPY (No liability)

-Single-vehicle accident / Hit-and-run / Shared liability: Max 200,000 JPY

Luxury & Imported Cars: 4,450 JPY / day

If an accident occurs:

-At-fault party is the other driver: 0 JPY (No liability)

-Single-vehicle accident / Hit-and-run / Shared liability: Max 500,000 JPY

Super Safety Package(Maximum Liability: 50,000 JPY)

The maximum amount the renter is liable for in the event of any accident.

Light Cars: 2,650 JPY / day

If an accident occurs:

-At-fault party is the other driver: 0 JPY (No liability)

-Single-vehicle accident / Hit-and-run / Shared liability: Max 50,000 JPY

5-seater & 7-seater Cars: 3,250 JPY / day

If an accident occurs:

-At-fault party is the other driver: 0 JPY (No liability)

-Single-vehicle accident / Hit-and-run / Shared liability: Max 50,000 JPY

Luxury & Imported Cars: 5,450 JPY / day

If an accident occurs:

-At-fault party is the other driver: 0 JPY (No liability)

-Single-vehicle accident / Hit-and-run / Shared liability: Max 50,000 JPY

Important Notes

Exclusions:

-Glass, chassis, tires, and hubcaps are not covered.

-Loss or damage to these items, as well as damage to interior facilities requiring repair or deemed irreparable, must be borne by the renter.

Loss of Use:

-If an accident renders the vehicle inoperable, the renter is required to pay for the loss of business operations (loss of use fee).

Cleaning Fee:

-Please avoid spraying sunscreen on the doors or seats, as it is difficult to remove. A cleaning fee of 3,000 JPY will be charged for such stains.

Accident & Traffic Violation Procedures:

-In the event of an accident or traffic violation, the car rental company reserves the right to repossess the vehicle.

⚠️ Police Report Required: In case of any accident or scratch, you must report it to the police immediately.

⚠️ Insurance Void: If you fail to report the accident to the police, insurance will be void, and you will be responsible for 100% of all costs.
