・Waived.

All accidents must be reported to the police.

Insurance coverage will not apply without a police report.

(This also applies to single-vehicle accidents.)

Important Notes

When Collision Damage Waiver is added, the deductible for property damage and vehicle damage is waived only for the first accident.

Any accidents after the first one are not covered.

Cases Not Covered by Insurance (Full customer responsibility)

・Failure to report to the police or rental office

・Private settlement between parties after an accident

・Accidents occurring during unauthorized rental extension

・Reckless driving (including intentional accidents)

・Driving without a valid license / drunk driving / driving under drugs

・Driving by a person not listed in the rental agreement

・Tire damage / punctures / wheel cap loss

・Damage to accessories

・Windshield damage caused by flying stones, etc.

・Interior stains or damage

In case of lost keys

・Key replacement fee: 55,000 JPY (tax included)

・If caused by customer negligence:
