Information for insurance of Ones Rent a Car
■ Basic Insurance: Included in vehicle rental fee
■ Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): ¥1,100 per 24 hours
■ CDW + NOC: ¥1,100 per 24 hours
⚠️ Non-Covered Cases (Customer Responsibility)
In the following cases, insurance and compensation will not apply,
and all costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
In addition, the customer is responsible for managing the vehicle during the rental period,
and even unnoticed damage may be charged to the customer.
■ Coverage Details
Bodily Injury: Unlimited
Property Damage: Unlimited (Deductible: ¥50,000)
Personal Injury: Up to ¥30,000,000 per person
Vehicle Damage: Based on market value (Deductible: ¥50,000)
※ Deductible means the amount the customer must pay when coverage applies.
If CDW is purchased, the deductible will be waived.
(Except for single accidents / 100% fault cases)
■ Road Service Information
In case of accident or vehicle trouble, affiliated roadside service can be used.
Fee: Free
(However, in non-covered cases, charges from ¥150 per km will apply.)
■ Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
If the vehicle is damaged during use,
the following fees apply regardless of damage level or repair duration.
Drivable (return possible to designated location)
→ ¥20,000
Not drivable (return not possible)
→ ¥50,000 + towing fee
NOC will be waived if this insurance is purchased.
Smoking in non-smoking vehicles
Contamination caused by pets
Damage or odor caused by food/liquid
These cases are also subject to charges.
※ Even with CDW + NOC coverage, the above costs must be paid separately.

▶ Non-Covered Items (Customer Responsibility)
The following are not covered and must be fully paid by the customer:
Tire puncture and damage
Wheel damage and wheel cap loss/damage
Glass cracks and damage caused by flying stones
Loss or damage of vehicle equipment and options (navigation, ETC, etc.)
■ In Case of Accident or Trouble
If an accident or vehicle issue occurs:
👉 You must contact the rental company immediately.
■ Early Return
Even if the vehicle is returned earlier than the contract period:
👉 No refund will be given for unused time.
■ Parking Violation
If a parking violation sticker is issued:
Pay fine at designated police station
Submit the following upon return:
※ If submission is difficult:
→ Sign violation confirmation + deposit ¥20,000
→ Full refund after submission
■ Rental Period Change (Extension)
Extension fee + insurance fee will apply if overdue
Extension: max 48 hours / once only
Must return within business hours
Extension may not be available depending on reservation status
※ Prior notice is required in case of delay
■ Extension Fee Standard
Vehicle fee: charged hourly
Insurance: charged per 24 hours
Peak season rates: applied separately
■ Fuel Policy
Vehicle is rented full → must be returned full
Designated gas station + receipt required
If not refueled:
More than half → ¥5,500
Less than half → ¥11,000
■ Optional Items
Child seats must be installed by customer
Required for children under 6
※ Navigation routes/time are for reference only
■ Vehicle Tracking System
If necessary,

All usage follows rental terms and conditions

Broken mirrors/lights → considered non-drivable
