-------------Basic Roadside Assistance-------------

• Vehicle transport service (up to 300,000 yen per incident)
• Battery jump-start assistance if the battery dies
• Lockout assistance if the keys are locked inside the car
• Spare tire replacement in the event of a flat tire
• Towing service if a wheel detaches from the road
• Refueling assistance for up to 10 liters of gasoline or diesel per rental period

Important Notes

• Even if you have Optional W Insurance (NOC), charges will apply if prohibited actions are confirmed, such as intentional damage or smoking in non-smoking vehicles.
• Key loss, damage, malfunction, or flooding will result in additional towing and repair costs, which are the renter’s responsibility and not covered by insurance.
• In case of a major accident where the vehicle is undrivable, the rental agreement will be terminated according to the rental terms. To continue using a rental car, a new rental agreement must be signed, and this cost will not be covered by insurance.
