🚐 How to Use the Free Airport Shuttle Service

1. Go to the Domestic Terminal Central Exit

   • After arriving at Ishigaki Airport and collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Central Exit of the Domestic Terminal.

2. Meet the Staff at the Designated Area

   • Walk out of the exit and cross the pedestrian kennel (crosswalk). A staff member holding a "Blue Rent-a-Car" sign will be waiting for you.

3. Board the Shuttle and Head to the Branch

   • After checking in with the staff, board the shuttle bus to the branch (approx. 3 minutes) and proceed with your rental car pick-up procedure.

  • If the staff member is currently assisting other guests who arrived earlier with their shuttle or pick-up process, they may temporarily be away from the meeting point. Please understand that a short wait may occur in such cases.
