NOC (Non-Operation Charge)
If the rental car is damaged and requires repair or replacement of parts, the following fee applies regardless of the extent of damage, repair period, or deductible coverage enrollment:

• Drivable vehicle: from ¥20,000

• Non-drivable vehicle: from ¥50,000
  ※In the case of a major accident, ¥50,000 may still be charged even if returned by self-drive.
  ※For single-car accidents, repair cost of ¥50,000 applies (¥100,000 for Vellfire/Alphard).

Wide Coverage (+NOC): ¥1,650/day

Cases Not Covered by Insurance

The customer bears full responsibility for damages in the following cases:

• Failure to notify police or rental office

• Violation of rental agreement (illegal parking, traffic violation, drunk/drug driving, unapproved extension, unlicensed driver, etc.)

• Unauthorized repair or settlement

• Use for racing, towing, or pushing

• Lost/damaged keys, interior contamination, equipment loss, wrong fuel, etc.

If an accident occurs, please contact the police and rental office immediately (9:00–19:00).

If the vehicle is returned via road service, the contract ends regardless of remaining rental days. Additional charges may apply depending on coverage. Re-enrollment is available based on remaining rental period.

For customers using rental cars (please read each item carefully)

All our vehicles are non-smoking.

1. 【Confirmation of Rental】 
   ① Gasoline/Diesel must be refilled to full before returning the car. Please refuel at the nearest gas station. (If not refueled, charges will be calculated based on distance driven or amount used.) 
   ② Before departure, we will inspect the vehicle for scratches and dents, and record this on the rental agreement. 
   ③ If the rental period is over two days, the renter must perform daily inspections.

2. 【Confirmation of Return】 
   ① If you will return the vehicle earlier than scheduled, please call us in advance for coordination.

   ② If you cannot return the vehicle at the scheduled time, please contact us in advance to extend the rental and pay the overtime fee (1,000 yen per hour, excluding tax). Extensions may not always be possible. 
   ③ Before returning the vehicle, please call from the nearest gas station. 
   ④ Please present the receipt of the final refueling when returning the vehicle.

3. 【Insurance and Compensation Coverage】 
   ※ In case of an accident, the following coverage applies: 
   ① Personal Liability: Unlimited (including Automobile Liability Insurance) 
   Property Damage Liability: Unlimited (deductible of 50,000 yen) 
   Personal Injury: Up to 30 million yen per person (only while in the rental car) 
   Vehicle Damage: Actual value (deductible of 100,000 yen) 
   ② Non-Operation Charge (NOC) In case of vehicle damage due to an accident or any other cause, regardless of fault, a non-operation charge must be paid for loss of use during repairs. This applies per rental, per accident. 
   If the rental car is drivable: 50,000 yen 
   If the rental car is non-drivable: 100,000 yen

4. Items Not Covered by the Exemption Compensation Insurance

5. Not covered by exemption compensation (not covered even if insured): 
   The following items are not covered by insurance or exemption compensation, and the customer will bear repair costs. 
   ○ Accidents where the other party cannot be confirmed (single-vehicle accidents, hit-and-runs)
   ○ Damage to the vehicle: property damage deductible must be paid Vehicle damage deductible: 50,000 yen + Non-operation charge: 20,000 or 50,000 yen Total payment: 70,000 to 100,000 yen

6. Accidents not covered by insurance (not covered even if insured): 
   ○ Accidents not reported to both the police and the rental office 
   ○ Accidents caused by drivers not listed in the rental agreement or additional drivers 
   ○ Accidents occurring during unauthorized extensions of the rental period 
   ○ Violations of the rental agreement or terms 
   ○ Drunk driving or driving without a license 
   ○ Vehicle damage due to theft 
   ○ Overloading the vehicle 
   ○ Driving on unmanaged roads such as beaches, riverbeds, or forests 
   ○ Damage or corrosion due to poor usage methods 
   ○ Malfunctions due to operational mistakes 
   ○ Accidents caused by serious traffic violations 
   ○ Accidents caused by not wearing a seatbelt while driving 
   ○ Accidents during natural disasters (e.g., driving in strong winds)

7. Accidents due to driving not covered by insurance (not covered even if insured): 
   ○ Accidents caused by speeding, proven to exceed the speed limit 
   ○ Accidents caused by crossing no-passing lines 
   ○ Accidents caused by ignoring traffic lights 
   ○ Accidents caused by failing to stop at a stop sign 
   ○ Accidents caused by illegal U-turns or right-turns 
   ○ Accidents caused by using a mobile phone while driving 
   ○ Accidents recognized as malicious or intentional Vehicle property deductible: 50,000 yen + Vehicle damage deductible: 50,000 yen

• Non-operation charge: 20,000 or 50,000 yen Total payment: 70,000 to 150,000 yen

5. Notes A. About options 
   ○ Please install and check the child seat yourself. Child seats are required by law. Rentals without installation are not permitted. 
   ○ For GPS navigation, no claims for equipment or data issues will be accepted as it is a free rental. B. Customer Full Responsibility Items 
   ○ Any costs associated with speeding, parking violations, fines, and other related expenses during rental 
   ○ Vehicle interior damage (all vehicles are non-smoking) 
   ① Tobacco smell/pet odor: non-operation charge of 20,000 yen + cleaning fee of 20,000 yen 
   ② Seat burn holes: non-operation charge of 20,000 yen + seat cover replacement fee of 20,000 yen 
   ③ Spilled drinks or kerosene: non-operation charge of 20,000 yen + cleaning fee of 10,000 yen 
   ④ Damage to interior equipment: non-operation charge of 20,000 yen + actual cost 
   ○ Battery depletion (due to use of interior lights, etc.) 
   ○ Incorrect refueling (if the wrong fuel type is used) 
   ○ Tire/wheel repair or replacement costs due to punctures or bursts (including contact with curbs, etc.)

7 days before the rental date: 0% of the total rental fee
6 days before the rental date: 50% of the total rental fee
From 5 days before the rental date to the day before: 80% of the total rental fee
On the rental date: 100% of the total rental fee
