Article 1 (Application of Terms)

  1. The lessor (hereinafter referred to as "Our Company") shall lease a rental car (hereinafter referred to as "Lucky Rent-A-Car") to the lessee in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and the lessee shall accept the lease. For matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Article 43 (Detailed Rules), applicable laws, or general practices shall apply.
  2. Our Company may, to the extent not inconsistent with the spirit of these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, administrative notices, and general practices, agree to special terms. In case of special terms, they shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
  3. When concluding a lease agreement, if the lessee designates a driver different from themselves, the lessee shall ensure that the driver is made aware of and complies with the obligations and requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions and the Detailed Rules.
