After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the shuttle pick-up point for rental car service.
(Once you exit the central exit of the domestic terminal and cross the crosswalk, you will be able to board the shuttle bus (where the red circle is).)
You will be transported to the rental shop, which is about 5 minutes away by car, to receive your vehicle.
※ The current shuttle vehicle is a Toyota Hiace. Please note that you may need to share the ride with other customers, or if you have a large group, only the driver may be asked to go to the shop to pick up the vehicle.
※ There is no restroom at the rental shop. Please use the restroom at Ishigaki Airport before boarding the shuttle.
※ Currently, immigration procedures are taking longer than usual. The shuttle bus will be on standby from 12:30. If you exit early, please wait at the airport or contact OKITOUR, and we will assist in requesting the shuttle vehicle from the company.
※ Please understand that if there are many customers at the same time, you may need to wait about 30 minutes before or after your scheduled time.
