Since procedures are completed in advance via chat, this takes about 10 minutes.

【On-the-Day Procedure (Direct Visit)】

① Arrive at the store
Address: 3-25-12 Gushi, Naha City, Okinawa

② Check-in
We will explain vehicle operation and then you can depart.

【~Vehicle Return Process~】

① Return to the same store where you picked up the vehicle
Please return the vehicle to the same location where it was rented.
To avoid getting lost, we will send you a Google Maps link via chat.
For refueling, we will also provide a Google Maps link to a nearby gas station for your reference.

② Vehicle and lost item inspection
The vehicle inspection and lost item check will take approximately 10 minutes

③ Return completed
Customers using shuttle service: Shuttle transfer to Naha Airport or Monorail Akamine Station
Customers not using shuttle service: Return process is completed on-site
