Shuttle service from Monorail Akamine Station is also available.

This branch sends instructions via email at least 3 days prior to your rental date to add their official KakaoTalk / LINE accounts. (If you do not receive the email, please add the KakaoTalk or LINE account provided in your booking confirmation.)

⚠️Customers using the shuttle service must add Royal Rent-A-Car as a friend and request the shuttle. Please make sure to add Royal Rent-A-Car on KakaoTalk or LINE by the day before your rental, and contact them via chat upon collecting your luggage after arrival.

Vehicle Pick-Up Procedure

1. Contact the branch via KakaoTalk/LINE upon collecting your luggage.

2. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the 1st floor of the Domestic Terminal.

3. Move to Rental Car Shuttle Bus Boarding Area 14B.

4. Arrive at the branch and pick up your vehicle.

Vehicle Return Procedure

1. Return the vehicle to the branch.

2. Board the shuttle bus and transfer to the airport.
