All listed vehicles are for reference only. Vehicle model and color are subject to change based on daily inventory. Specific vehicle model requests cannot be guaranteed. Kindly note. Golf course shuttle service is only available with Alphard and Hiace vehicles.
| Important Notes | *The driver will arrive at your departure location on the scheduled date within the booked time. Airport pickup: The driver will wait for you with a name sign at the arrival hall, with 90 minutes of free waiting time. Hotel pickup: The driver will wait at the hotel entrance. Please head to the gate to verify the license plate number. *Subject to vehicle availability on the day, we may arrange an equivalent alternative vehicle. *Vehicle color and model may slightly differ from the website photos. *The actual fare may vary depending on travel zone, usage duration, departure and destination locations. *If your departure is delayed due to personal reasons on the day, additional fees will be charged based on the delay duration. *For delays caused by flight changes or other non-personal reasons, we cannot guarantee vehicle reservation. Vehicles may not be available due to real-time inventory, kindly understand. *This is a one-way service from departure point to destination only. * Business hours for chartered transfers: 07:00–21:00. An extra night surcharge will apply for service between 21:00 – 07:00 next day. ※Child safety seats are not available for one-way transfers, we appreciate your understanding. ※If your ending hotel and next day’s departure hotel are both in the northern area (starting from Nago), an additional driver accommodation fee will be required. Please consult customer service for exact rates. ※No smoking is permitted in all vehicles. ※After successful booking, a reservation confirmation email will be sent to you.
