Important Notes	The driver will arrive at your departure location on the scheduled date within the booked time. Airport pickup: The driver will wait for you with a name sign at the arrival hall, with 90 minutes of free waiting time. Hotel pickup: The driver will wait at the hotel entrance. Please head to the gate to verify the license plate number. Service excludes transfers to golf courses. Please contact customer service for a quotation if you need golf course pickup/drop-off. Subject to vehicle availability on the day, we may arrange an equivalent alternative vehicle. Vehicle color and model may slightly differ from the website photos. The actual fare may vary depending on travel zone, usage duration, departure and destination locations. If your departure is delayed due to personal reasons on the day, additional fees will be charged based on the delay duration. For delays caused by flight changes or other non-personal reasons, we cannot guarantee vehicle reservation. Vehicles may not be available due to real-time inventory, kindly understand. This is a one-way service from departure point to destination only. * Business hours for chartered transfers: 07:00–21:00. An extra night surcharge will apply for service between 21:00 – 07:00 next day. ※Child safety seats are not available for one-way transfers, we appreciate your understanding. ※If your ending hotel and next day’s departure hotel are both in the northern area (starting from Nago), an additional driver accommodation fee will be required. Please consult customer service for exact rates. ※No smoking is permitted in all vehicles. ※After successful booking, a reservation confirmation email will be sent to you. Driver details and license plate number will be informed by 18:00 Japan Time one day prior to your trip. ※ Sightseeing spots must be visited in a logical route order without backtracking. Splitting up during the trip is not allowed, and the driver does not provide round-trip shuttle service for separate groups. ※ If your itinerary goes beyond the Busena Marine Park area to locations such as the Aquarium, Kouri Ohashi Bridge, Pineapple Park, Nago Zoo and other spots, additional charges will apply. ※ If you need a child seat, please select and request it on the reservation page. Child seats are only available for children under 3 years old; booster seats are not provided.

Cancellation Policy	【Cancellation Policy 】 Cancel 4 days prior to departure: Free of charge Cancel 3~2 days prior to departure: 50% of total fare Cancel 1 day prior or on the departure day: 100% of total fare ※ Remittance handling fee for refunds shall be borne by the guest. All times stated are Japan Time. Any request received after 17:00 will be counted as the next day. 【Refund Procedure 】 Regardless of cancellation reason, the remittance fee for refunds is at the guest’s expense. For credit card payments, the refund process normally takes 14–30 days depending on your card issuer. Please confirm the exact timeline with your credit card company.
