○Activity Cancellation Due to Poor Sea Conditions
Marine sports are highly susceptible to sea conditions such as wind and waves. The activity may be canceled in the event of approaching typhoons, severe weather caused by frontal systems, or other unsafe conditions. If we cancel the activity due to these factors, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note: The activity will proceed in rainy weather. If you are concerned about the weather (cloudy or rainy), please cancel or reschedule your booking by 13:00 on the day before your scheduled activity. Cancellations made after 13:00 on the previous day will incur a cancellation fee.

○Health Requirements
A health check will be conducted on the day of participation. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is in an unfit state to participate, including those with colds, injuries, illnesses, under the influence of alcohol, suffering from a hangover, or taking medications that may affect their ability to safely enjoy the activity.

Cancellation PolicyPlease note that the following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made at the customer’s request:
Cancellation after 13:00 on the day before the activity: 100% fee
No-show: 100% fee
