※Solo reservation is allowed. We will notify you by phone or email at least 7 days in advance if the tour is cancelled due to insufficient passengers.
※Lunch is not included; guests arrange meals by themselves inside Yaima Village.
※Guests staying at other hotels may join the tour; please head to the designated pick-up spot on your own.
※The bus will depart on time without waiting for late arrivals. Leaving the group midway is not permitted.
※Tour order may be adjusted according to real-time traffic conditions.
※Itinerary is subject to change due to traffic, weather or temporary facility closure. We will inform you in advance if tours are suspended due to bad weather.
※The entire bus is strictly non-smoking.
※Seat selection is not available.
※Odd-numbered groups may need seat sharing with other tourists.
※Business hours of scenic spots are subject to change without notice.
※No tour escorts; professional bus guides will provide service on board.

Cancellation Policy The following cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made due to personal reasons. All refund handling fees shall be borne by the guest.

 All cancellation requests submitted after 17:00 will be counted as the next business day. 


8 to 10 days prior to departure: 20% of total tour fee

2 to 7 days prior to departure: 30% of total tour fee

One day prior to departure: 50% of total tour fee

On departure day: 100% of total tour fee
