【Usage Process】
1. After booking, customer service will send an email to notify you of the reservation result.
2. The day before your trip, customer service will send an email with driver and vehicle information.
3. On the day of your trip, please arrive at the designated pickup point at the specified time and present your confirmation slip to participate.

【Booking Instructions】
Must book by 15:00 Japan time 2 days before the specified date
For example: If you want to book a vehicle for August 5th, you must book by 15:00 on August 3rd. Booking for August 5th is not possible on August 4th, please be aware in advance.
【Important Notes】
・Driver information will be notified via email the day before departure (please check your email, and check your spam folder if necessary).
・If parking fees or overtime charges occur during the trip, please pay the actual amount in cash in Japanese yen to the driver.
・Only Japanese-speaking drivers are available on Miyako Island.
・Operating hours are from 8:00 to 22:00. If you need a vehicle outside these hours, an additional overtime fee must be paid on-site to the driver.
・Please accurately fill in the number of travelers. If overloading is found on-site, for safety reasons, the driver has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided.
・This activity does not allow you to specify the vehicle model. The specific vehicle will be arranged by staff according to needs, thank you for your understanding.
・The departure time allows a maximum wait of 10 minutes, after which charges will be calculated based on the hourly rate.
・Child safety seats are not provided

● Overtime Fee: 7,700 yen/hour, payable to the driver on the day
